Mostly white egrets and snowy egrets standing in the kelp. The snowy in this picture was catching something really small. Or he was missing something, lol
I believe this is a common loon but could be wrong on that. I have seen a couple that have started coming through on their migration to the breeding grounds. They will fish and fatten up. I love to watch them fish because they look like snorkelers with their faces submerged under the water as the look for food. Then they will dive after it.
This is a marbled god wit that has some sort of little fish. I also like his reflection. I can actually see the fish better in his reflection than on shore.
This white egret has some sort of fish/worm that curls and flips around while it is in his beak. It takes him awhile to eat it because he spends most of his time trying to keep it from getting away.
